Development Lead: 

About 4+ Years of Strong J2EE Experience.
End to End life cycle development and delivery experience.
Familiar with all aspects of development from UI to server side.
Used open standards like SOAP/XML/XSLT and must have built Web Services.
Used or very comfortable with IBM tooling around RSA, WB Modeler, WID, WPS et
c.
Working knowledge of BPELJ2EE, Java
Web Services (HTTP/SOAP)

WSADIE/WID
UML,  XML,  Rational Application Development (RAD) 


UI Developer: 

Strong Knowledge and experience around Portal creation and Websphere portal s
erver. Should be familiar with Open source technologies like Tapestry, XHTML,
 XSLT, CSS etc.. Familiar with JSps and Web services creation and tooling to 
support UI creation. Should have delivered UI systems as a part of engagement
s.
